Sometimes digging through the Internet and looking for the right home can be overwhelming. Many folks hunt and peck and have a difficult time navigating through all the REALTORS and websites available. These sites are supposed to make things easier for you, the buyers and sellers and it has been my experience that if a site is not user friendly, it can really make it a challenge to find the properties you are looking to find.
My name is Michelle Shelton. I personally build, manage and operate all of my own websites. When you tell me there is something going on…I go in and fix it right away or I will most likely know why this happened to you. This makes the guessing game non-existent.
You don’t have to wait for me to call my web guy. You don’t have to get a vague answer from me because I have no clue as to what is going on…it makes life easy.
In order to offer you my highest level of service, you may find that from time to time I must refer clients to other top agents. This is not because I don’t want to work with you, it is because I am only able to handle so many and maintain a balance in my life with my family and health. The referral agents that I have selected have been hand selected by me to support you in your home buying and selling efforts. You will not be disappointed. Promise!
Also, any of our tools that you login to use for your home search, are kept private. I don’t sell or give away…or even trade your information. Gee, my philosophy is, if I don’t want it done to me…chances are others won’t want it done to them. So there you go. Search away. You are in the drivers seat.
